Quentin Jacobsen has spent a lifetime loving the magnificently adventurous Margo Roth Spiegelman from afar. So when she cracks open a window and climbs back into his life - dressed like a ninja and summoning him for an ingenious campaign of revenge - he follows.
After their all-nighter ends and a new day breaks, Q arrives at school to discover that Margo, always an enigma, has now become a mystery. But Q soon learns that there are clues - and they’re for him. Urged down a disconnected path, the closer he gets, the less Q sees of the girl he thought he knew.
Printz medalist John Green returns with the brilliant wit and searing emotional honesty that have inspired a new generation of listeners.
Ok point blank. I love John Green. Well his writing anyway. His writing is just amazing and funny and just ahh. **swoons** Paper Towns is def on the list of one of my favs of 2010. Ok so there’s this girl, and Q is kind of in love with her. Always has been. Happens to all of us at one point and time right? Well he goes to school one day and she’s gone like the wind and he feels the need to find her. He goes through a long journey and he discovers that he will never be the same again. I guess that’s the main thing I enjoyed about this book. The journey. Not knowing who you are but having to find yourself by going places and thinking about what you want in life. Green’s writing makes me swoon because it so witty and thoughtful. It’s a coming of age novel that I think a lot of people should read! Def a great read! I give this novel 4 out of 5 paws.
Do you know what DFTBA is? If so, then you’re totally awesome and if not.. then.. You’re also awesome!
